Sun Electric has had the privilege of being a part of numerous Downtown Knoxville Restoration projects. We have watched the City come back to life while still maintaining its original character. While working with local Developers and Contractors, we have seen buildings that have been setting vacant for years turn into unique Condominiums as well as Retail Stores, Restaurants, Offices and other usable space. It has been amazing to watch and an honor to be part of.
